Biography

Jeanne brings to us her experience in both retail and as a business owner. She began her career in the Food and Beverage industry managing restaurants until she opened her own business at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach. She was Owner/Operator of Silverado Restaurant...an Upscale Southwestern Restaurant and lounge (120 seat capacity) that was located in the Virginia Beach Clarion Hotel. She was charged to provide high standards of service and product to hotel guests, maintaining and protecting the integrity and quality levels of hotel franchiser, and received several industry awards including "Best of Virginia Beach" Portfolio Awards, Crystal Stem Awards and Best Restaurant Design Awards.

Jeanne then began working for William Sonoma Inc. as the General Manager for their Norfolk Pottery Barn location. Jeanne’s responsibilities, as General Manager, were to promote a sales culture to build productivity. She prepared for future growth through hiring and developing great people, and she provided leadership to achieve/exceed budgeted sales and payroll, and manage profit and loss. She effectively managed store operations, inventory levels, and visual merchandising standards. Jeanne ensured all internal and external customers received exemplary customer service and a positive store/brand experience. Jeanne was with Pottery Barn from 1999 to 2017, and she was a recipient of one of the company’s most celebrated “Catch the Spirit" award, for always going above and beyond, and representing what the Company stands for and its values.

Jeanne was also the former Co-Owner/Vice President of Ashburn Sauce Company, which is a Virginia Beach based sauce, condiment and Bloody Mary manufacturer and co-packer. The company originated from their home kitchen and is currently operating in a commercial kitchen with an automated line of award winning premium Bloody Mary mixes, B-B-Que sauce(s), hot/wing sauces, tangy cocktail sauce(s), garden salsas, and an assorted flavors of gourmet chocolate sauces. Awards - Scovie Awards, Virginia’s Finest (Program highlighting top-quality Virginia-produced and processed products which meet the rigorous quality standards of the organization), best New Beverage 2012, Best New Product Overall 2014.

Jeanne will be managing our agency’s growing Candy / Snack Foods classification as an Account Executive.
